Mr. Liu is a cofounder of BHGB, and was vice general manager since the inception of the Company before getting promoted to General Manager in 2016. He has been leading the company’s relentless efforts to develop HPV vaccines and other innovative recombinant vaccines over the past decade. Mr. Liu is a recipient of Special Government Allowance sponsored by the State Council and a 2015 Innovation Project-Etown Outstanding Experts. He garnered a National Science & Technology Progress Award (Third Prize).
Mr. Tao joined the Company in October 2008 as a board member, and was appointed CEO of the Company in June 2023. From January 2017 to June 2023, he served as the board president of Sirius Holding Group, which is the controlling shareholder of the Company. Mr. Tao has over 30 years of rich experience in strategic management and corporate development.
Ms. Li is a private equity fund manager, and has over 15 years of experience in risk management and investment management. She joined the Company as a board member in July 2019, and was appointed Chief Capital Officer and Vice Chairwoman of the Board in 2025. Ms. Li was an assistant president at Zhongrong International Trust Co., Ltd. from March 2013 to June 2018. Prior to that, she was an accountant at the Talent Communication Service Center of National Health Commission. Ms. Li obtained her master’s degree in business administration from Yanshan University in June 2010.
Ms. Dong joined the Company in 2015, and had served as head of Finance Department and Finance Director before she was promoted to CFO in 2019. She was an audit manager at Beijing Tianniu Investment from 2012-2015. Prior to that, Ms. Dong served as a finance manager at Heihe Xinghe Electricity. Ms. Dong was a Certified Public Accountant.
Dr. Zhang joined the Company in 2014, and served as head of the Formulation Department prior to being promoted to Vice General Manager (R&D) in 2016. Previously, Dr. Zhang served as an R&D director at AbMax Biotechnology. He was a research associate at Cancer Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from 2011 to 2012, and a research associate at Institute of Zoology of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 2009 to 2011.
Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D. from Beijing Normal University in 2004 and completed his postdoctoral training at Vanderbilt University. He was a 2017 Innovation Project-Etown Outstanding Expert.
Ms. Zhang joined the Company in 2011 and has held multiple roles, including QA Supervisor, Pilot Plant Supervisor, Head of Process Development Department and Assistant to the vice General Manager. In July 2020, Ms. Zhang was appointed Vice General Manger of both the Company and Health Guard (Kunming), and is currently heading process development and procurement at Health Guard (Kunming).
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Zhang had worked for Good Doctor Pharmaceutical Group and Shanxi Zhendong Pharmaceutical, respectively, serving a variety of manufacturing, production and quality roles. Ms. Zhang received a master’s degree in bioengineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.
Mr. Wu joined the Company in 2023 as Vice President, Manufacturing. He served as Vice President, Manufacturing at Beijing Baicare Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from August 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Wu was Vice President at Yongtai Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from March 2021 to August 2022. He started his career in September 2010 with Shanxi Kangbao Biological Product Co. Ltd, and served in various roles with increasing responsibilities till March 2021.
Chinese nationality, no permanent residence rights abroad, male, born in November 1997, graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with a master's degree, major in Finance. From March 2022 to February 2023, he worked in the Investment Management Department of Qichen Holdings Group. From April 2023 to June 2024, he served as the securities affairs representative in the Securities Affairs Department of BHGB. Since June 2024, he has been serving as the Secretary of the Board of BHGB.
